10/28/5 - The Rocking Chairs "Raw" is now available on
CDBaby.com!
The CD showcases 8 of our "live demo" tunes. The tunes
were all recorded live to 2 tracks, with only a few overdubs
and minimal post-processing. We feel these tunes represent
the "raw" nature of our early work. You can check out
samples of the tunes on our music page.

3 Videos from our Middle Earth shows now available
in our "video" section. Videos were shot by a fan in
the front row with a small hand-held digital camera.

Our Liverpool tour was fantastic! Thanks
to The Kappa band for their great
friendship and hospitality - and to all of the
Liverpool people who kept us full of beer.

Very cool: Press articles in the Littleton Courier, Journal Opinion,
and The Bridge Weekly Shocase newspapers about a new hybrid
Daylily flower that has been officially recognized, and registered, by
the American Hemerocallis
Society as The Magic Jack! This is in honor and remembrance of
our good
friend and medical guru extraordinaire, ...Jack Neary (who left us all
way too soon). Magic Jack was The Rocking Chairs' pain clinic guru
who always kept us upright. Those of you that have followed our
band for awhile, know that the name, Magic Jack, came from our
first single of the same name, as that is what we in the band called
Jack and the name has stuck, we hope, forever. A photo
of Magic Jack receiving a signed copy of our first single, Magic
Jack, can be found below.

Please Remember Me was played on New England radio station
WYKR today for the first time. Thanks to DJ Steven-John for his
continued support of TRC!

The second song on our upcoming 3rd album is now complete. It is
an original song called Please Remember Me. It was inspired by a
famous letter written during the Civil War between a  soldier and his
wife. We feel it also is pertinent in today's conflct. Hope you enjoy.

The first song which will be on our new 3rd album is done. It's an
original tune called When We Get There. To hear it, click on the
MySpace link to the right....Enjoy!
